Yes, completely free. No email, no signup, no follow-up. The tool exists because we find ourselves answering this question constantly on sales calls — it made sense to make it available to everyone.
It's based on the 6 signals that most reliably predict whether a project genuinely requires custom development. We've been using this framework with real clients for years. That said, it's a starting point — edge cases exist, and a 15-minute conversation will always give a more nuanced answer than 6 yes/no questions.
Answer based on your current requirements, not future possibilities. If you genuinely don't know, default to No — it's safer to understate the case for custom development. You can always revisit once you have clearer requirements.
Not necessarily. The recommendation is about the right approach, not a specific vendor. That said, if you decide to build and want to talk through scope and fit, we're happy to have that conversation — no pitch, no commitment.
Any business process where AI could automate decisions, routing, scoring, classification, or content generation — call quality monitoring, procurement approvals, lead scoring, cost estimation, document processing, and similar. It's less useful for consumer AI products or research-stage AI work.
