Madgeek Pvt. Ltd. ("Madgeek", "we", "us") operates the website madgeek.ai and provides custom software engineering services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, work email address, company name, and the project description you submit through our contact form. We do not collect payment information directly; any billing is handled via secure third-party invoicing tools.
We also collect basic analytics data through Google Analytics 4: pages visited, approximate geographic region, browser type, and session duration. This data is aggregated and not linked to an individual.
How we use your information
Information from our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, assess fit for a potential engagement, and send a written proposal if relevant. We do not add you to a marketing list, share your details with third parties, or use your information for any purpose beyond the one you initiated.
Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where the site can be improved. It is not used to build individual profiles.
Cookies
Our site uses a small number of cookies: session cookies required for the site to function, and Google Analytics cookies for aggregate usage measurement. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking beyond GA4. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as the potential or active client relationship exists. If no engagement begins within 12 months of your initial contact, we delete the information. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per the platform default.
Third-party services
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) for usage measurement. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by that service. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any other third party.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at hello@madgeek.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or California, additional rights may apply under GDPR, UK GDPR, or the CCPA respectively. Contact us with any such requests and we will respond accordingly.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Our website is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted securely. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
