How the analytics platform works

The platform connects to official APIs across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter. Campaign data — posts, engagement metrics, comments, shares, audience demographics — is pulled automatically on a configurable schedule. Raw data is normalised across platforms so that engagement on YouTube is comparable to engagement on Instagram.
Sentiment analysis engine
Comments and audience responses are processed through a sentiment analysis pipeline that classifies reactions as positive, negative, or neutral — with context-specific scoring that distinguishes genuine enthusiasm from spam or bot-generated engagement. The sentiment data enriches standard engagement metrics to give a more accurate picture of campaign impact.
