Approval and compliance workflows

Orders above configurable thresholds route to manager or HR approval before processing. The system enforces company-specific gifting policies — restricted items, per-employee limits, campaign-specific rules. Compliance reporting tracks every order, approval, and delivery for audit purposes.

Vendor routing and fulfilment

Orders route automatically to the correct vendor based on product type, delivery location, and fulfillment timeline. The platform manages vendor relationships, tracks delivery status, and handles exceptions — failed deliveries, returns, replacements — without manual coordination.
